Prices are listed in USD and exclude  taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay  all charges at the prices in effect when you place your order, including  applicable taxes.

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. By providing  payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.  All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times are  calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation. We ship  to addresses in the United States and international. Title and risk of  loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not  responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events  (e.g., weather, strikes).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California,  USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall  be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Los Angeles under  the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right  to a jury trial or class action.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time,  with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these  Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable,  the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute  the entire agreement between you and us. No waiver of any term shall be  deemed a further waiver.
