Return and Refund Policy

Mzane Electric Product Return Policy

Mzane  Electric is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our  hardware and software products. This return policy outlines the  procedures and conditions for returning hardware (e.g., guitar effects  pedals and audio interfaces). All returns are subject to the terms  below, and we recommend reviewing this policy prior to purchase.

1. Hardware Products

Hardware products include, but are not limited to, guitar effects pedals, audio  interfaces, and other physical devices sold by Mzane Electric.

Mzane Electric provides a one-year limited warranty on hardware products, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Process: 

For defective products, customers must submit a support request via contact@mzaneelectric.com to initiate troubleshooting. If a return is deemed necessary, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for one-way shipping costs to Mzane Electrics’ service center. Mzane Electric will cover return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements.

Resolution:

At Mzane Electrics’ discretion, defective products may be repaired, replaced with a comparable unit, or refunded (based on proof of purchase and warranty eligibility).

Non-Warranty Returns

Hardware products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Software Products

Software products include, but are not limited to, Mzane Electric plug-ins and plugin bundles.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

No  Refunds: Software purchases, including individual plug-ins or bundles  are non-refundable and non-returnable once downloaded, activated, or  registered to a user account. 

Demo Availability:

 To  ensure compatibility and satisfaction, Mzane Electric offers 14-day  demo versions of most audio plugins. Customers are encouraged to test  demos prior to purchase. Demo resets are limited and subject to Mzane  Electrics’ discretion. License Restrictions: Software licenses are  non-transferable. Activating a license binds it to the user’s account,  and no refunds will be issued for activated products.

4. Bundled Products (Hardware with Software)

Hardware  Returns: If a hardware product bundled with software (e.g., a free  plug-in with purchase) is returned to the retailer, the hardware return  is subject to the retailer’s policy. Activating bundled software does  not inherently prevent hardware returns, but the software license  remains non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promotional Software:

 If  bundled software was provided as part of a promotion, returning the  associated hardware may result in the deactivation or cancellation of  the software license. Contact Mzane Electrics’ support for guidance.

Proof of Purchase:

 A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

Policy Updates:

Mzane Electric reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.

5. Exceptions

Mzane  Electric may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptions to this  policy on a case-by-case basis. Such exceptions require written approval  from Mzane Electrics’ customer support.
